I have begun to ReKlaim the Knit! I have a green and black scarf, well, I had a green and black scarf. Now I have green and black yarn!

The scarf pre-frog, with my size 11US (43EU) foot for scale:

I don’t have a niddy noddy like Margo does. I used a chair.

Then I washed it and hung it up with a can to pull some of the kinks out.

That’s just the first bit. I got more than enough to make soakers for the boys. I’m going to knit it with a strand of bright yellow Fishermans held tog for a nice bulky quick knit. I think the hunter green and the bright yellow will be springlike.
